Day 65

She typically spent most of her days sunbathing on the rusty pool chairs and reading an edition of People. She was saving a huge pile of them for her drowsy pool days. Never did I see her toe touch the water of the murky pool, no one would even get close to it because of its mustard hue. When she arrived, it was an extra busy day, spiking her nerves tenfold as soon as her worn-out tennis shoes hit the pavement. That day was going to be different.
