Day 438

As I get older, I keep forgetting that I will never be the age I am now again. I will never be seventeen and living in my parents' house. I may never walk my dogs with my siblings after a long day of school or get excited about getting to drive downtown for a school project by myself. I know it's cliche to say "growing older is a gift and a curse", but I think I am growing to understand that better now.
