Day 279

This is a rewrite of something I wrote a few months ago...

My hands trembled with fear as they called my name to perform my highly anticipated scene. In front of a room of strangers my age, surveying me with watchful eyes, I delved into a new facet of myself unlike anything I’d ever seen before. I wanted nothing more than to prove to myself that my passion was really worth anything. Thankfully, I was met with assuring smiles and praise from both my instructor and peers. I actually felt at home.
