Day 204

He quickly turned his head to look out the window and saw some kids heading towards the barn. “We better go, that barn is one shove away from collapsing."

“It’d be better if you got out of there kids!” His voice was calm, but his demeanor showed that he was clearly worried.

A little girl popped her head out and asked, “Are we not supposed to be in here?”

He shook his head and she went in to get the others. Not a minute later the rest of the kids were by the barn door.

The old man spoke as calmly as possible, “You must know, that barn can go down at any second, and the last thing I’d want is for you to get trapped inside.”
