Day 182

Sorry I missed yesterday I had a huge history test today and I didn't have enough time to write last night.

“Now then, how does a game of hide and go seek sound?”

The eyes of the youngest children glowed the second he offered that proposal. The older children were not as elated but were still willing to play. After all, it’d be a great way to get acclimated to the surrounding woods, no matter how dark they were. The group voted that the youngest would be the counter for the first round, she was the worst finder after all. Everyone dispersed and shuffled off to their hiding spots. The little girl sat down on the unkempt grass and shut her eyes as much as they'd go. She'd been waiting for her first day as seeker, and she wasn't going to mess this up.
