Day 179

Blake woke up to find herself surrounded by ash, the house burning up behind her as she laid on the front yard. She couldn’t help but lay there in her now tattered clothes and watch the fire blaze on in front of her. She could see Violet out in the distance but could see no trace of the rest of her family. She could hear sirens ringing in her ears as the firefighters and ambulances made the trek up to Violet's home, or at least what was left of it. A chilling sense of calm was painted across Violets face as she strolled closer and closer to her.

“I think help is on the way.” Violet spoke.
