Day 143

The outside was unassuming and almost cold, not being the cheery neighborhood library many other towns had. She stepped inside through the wooden doors to see half the lights in the library dark, only seeing the silhouette of the librarian at the desk in the back. She started going through the aisles, paying special attention to each book spine, occasionally touching one to see if it would fall apart. Then all of a sudden, something caught her eye. In fact, it wasn't something, it was someone.
