Day 135

I've been rereading "Daisy Jones and the Six" by Taylor Jenkins Reid, and I'm fascinated by the way the book is formatted. The book is concise of a series of interviews by the band members, slowly but satisfyingly revealing the layers in their lives and relationships. The lead-up to the band's huge success is so satisfying and made even more engaging by the book basically being narrated by them. It is perhaps the most uniquely formatted book I've read recently, which I wasn't expecting to hold my attention so well. I highly suggest the book and I am going to try and seek out books with a more unique configuration.
