Day 129

I heard something on social media about this group in New York called the Luddite Club who have chosen to abandon their smartphones completely. Over the past few months, I have noticed how much I use my phone and I'm considering giving it up for a period of time. I think that not having my phone around would be good for me and improve my happiness because I will be more in the moment. I remember playing and having fun with my friends before having a phone and just generally having more positive experiences. I think my dependency on my phone has created a void in my life that I think taking a break could potentially repair.
